How do I use my DigiTickets?
All Events

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number.

When you arrive, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or present a printed copy.  If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of the Booking Reference Number which you will receive on your ticket when you book online.

If using your smart phone, please note that there is very limited 3G at Ardaluin so it is advisable to have the ticket downloaded in advance.


Do you issue refunds?

We reserve the right to cancel an activity at any stage due to any unforeseen circumstances and in this instance a full refund will be given. If for any reason you need to cancel your activity, the following refund policies apply.

Rathlin Run

A full refund will only be issued if we are notified before 14th August 2016.

Europa Abseil

Less than 4 weeks notice - Abseil payments shall not be refunded

Less than 6 weeks notice - Refund of 50% of the payment shall be awarded

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

Where do I go upon arrival?

When you arrive on Rathlin Island, please make your way to McCuaigs Pub for registration.


Europa Abseil 2016

When you arrive at the Europa Hotel please follow thesigns to the second floor for registration.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

How long will I be in the activity / event last for?
Rathlin Run 2016

The event as a whole is normally completely finished by 5pm, however this includes the awards ceremony and time for refreshments. Most participants have finished the run by 4pm.

Europa Abseil 2016

The full abseil experience may last up to 90 from your registration time. Please allow plenty of time.

What time should I arrive?
Rathlin Run 2016

We advise that you aim to catch one of the earlier ferrys to allow yourself some time to warm up prior to the run, however in the past runners have caught a ferry that lets them arrive 15 minutes prior to start time and they have still made it to the start of the race on time.

Europa Abseil 2016

We advise that you arrive at the registration desk 5 minutes before your registration time.

Is Car Parking available?

Only at Ballycastle.

There is parking available close to the Europa but please be aware that you may have to pay for this.

Can I make group bookings online?

You can book as many people as you like online, however if you qualify for the charity package or running group discount rate then please call the BAC office on 028 90600132.

You can book as many places as you need (within the capacity) online. If you need an invoice please call the office to book on 028 90600132.

Is there wheelchair access?

We advise that you call the BAC office on 028 90600132 to discuss any requirements.

Europa Abseil 2016

The Europa Hotel has lifts and is accessible. If you would like to take part in the Europa Abseil and are in a wheelchair or need special assistance please speak with us before booking and we can talk you through the process.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

Tickets can only be purchased online prior to the event. If you are unable to make an online purchase for any reason please notify us by telephone with as much advance warning as possible so that we can make provisions for you arriving and take a space off the session.

Do you have restrooms available?

Yes there are public toilets close to the start of the race.

Europa Abseil 2016

There are toilets on the same floor as the registration desk.
